I’ll never forget catching my first fish—a little bluegill at age 4 or 5. It stayed in our freezer for years, a proud reminder of where my love for fishing began. Growing up, I spent countless weekends at my grandparents’ creek and on Florida’s Banana River. By 10, I was hooked.
During the COVID lockdown, I got back into fishing with a basic rod and reel. That quickly escalated to buying my first kayak—a Hobie Pro Angler 14 with 360 drive—and entering tournaments. In just two years, I’ve hit major milestones: I won my first tournament in February 2024, becoming the first female to win a Florida B.A.S.S. Nation Kayak Series event. I’ve had multiple top-10 finishes since, qualified for the Florida Kayak Bass Trail Championship, placed 4th in the Central Region Angler of the Year standings, and finished 6th in the state championship. I’ve also qualified for both the 2025 FKBT and Florida B.A.S.S. Nation Championships and try to enter as many national events as possible, including the Bassmaster Kayak Series and previously the Hobie B.O.S..
I’m proud to represent The Dugout Bait & Tackle as part of the Hobie Fishing Team and to promote Evolve Fishing’s incredible products. In 2024, I also competed for a spot on the USA Kayak Fishing Team at Lake Murray, finishing 16th out of 40 of the nation’s top anglers. I've been featured in several industry magazines, appeared on podcasts, and was highlighted in Bassmaster’s “On the Hook” as part of the BassmastHER initiative.
